    GenoPlexs® Tomato Multi-Resistance Detection Panel

    This panel is specifically designed for the identification of functional genes in tomatoes, focusing on key genes related to disease resistance, stress tolerance, quality, and yield. This panel includes 337 resistance markers, covering 36 resistance genes associated with 16 tomato diseases. It can be used independently for breeding or in conjunction with background markers, offering high cost-effectiveness and broader applications.

    The GenoPlex® Express Tomato 1K Panel includes 137 functional markers related to disease resistance (such as Late Blight, TYLCV, TOTMV, TOBRFV, TOMV, and others) as well as 889 background markers.     The High-Density panel is developed based on 335 varieties and over 1,000 samples, including 159 functional markers. Among these, 116 are resistance locus markers, making this chip widely applicable for scientific research and breeding purposes. It assists tomato breeders in conducting their work more efficiently.
