    GenoBaits® Pepper 45K Panel

    This 45K pepper liquid-phase gene chip is composed of 44,646 markers, including 1,375 functional markers linked to 43 key traits, such as disease resistance, fruit quality, branching patterns, and multi-flower characteristics. All the markers are evenly distribut on chromosomes (1.0 Mb window size).

    GenoBaits® Pepper 20K Panel

    Based on the 45K pepper marker panel, we has developed a medium-density 20K pepper panel, which includes 20,000 SNPs and 51,223 mSNP (multiple single-nucleotide-polymorphism cluster), evenly distributed across the pepper chromosomes (1.0 Mb window size).

    GenoBaits® Pepper 10K Panel

    This 10K pepper marker panel contains 10,000 SNPs and 25,167 mSNPs(multiple single-nucleotide-polymorphism cluster), evenly distribut on chromosomes (1.0 Mb window size).This panel is based on the screening of SNPs from resequencing data (10×) of barley materials collected from 155 different ecological regions worldwide. It includes 200 drought resistance-related and grain-related functional markers, culminating in a total of 40,000 SNP markers designed for comprehensive analysis.
