A fully automatic multi-locus genotyping system which can truly realizes "sample in, result out". The integrated design highly integrates the functions of sample purification, reaction system construction, qPCR and data analysis, and can support end-point PCR and real-time quantitative PCR. The system can realize the flexible combination scheme of various samples and reagents to fulfill the detection requirements of different throughput.
Flexible combination, can carry out independent module operation including: sample purification, sample replication, reagent dispensing, system configuration, heat seal, qPCR etc.
Using the membrane adsorption method, support the original samples directly on the machine, and the purification is fully automatic. 12 samples can be purified at a time, the max purification is 96 samples /80min.
