Molbio DNA Extraction System
A set of high-throughput, high-accuracy, high-efficiency fully automated nucleic acid extraction platform. The system integrates the functions of microfluids handling, extraction by magnetic beads, and whole process pollution preventing. The binding, washing, eluting of original samples was realized in one-stop automatic operation.

Platform Component
Wash & Pipetting workstation
- Purpose: Used for sample adding, magnetic bead suction, waste liquid suction and pipette module washing.
- 96 channel magnetic bead extraction module, waste liquid transfer module.
- Magnetic bead magnet position 4 groups.
- Pipette tips washing module 2 sets.
8 channel contact-free sample adding workstation
- Purpose: For adding washing liquid and eluent respectively
- Quantity: 4 groups x 8 channels
Heating oscillation module
- Purpose: Heating and oscillating mixed magnetic beads to make the reaction more efficient.
- Quantity: 8 sets
Rotating Stack Workstation (2 sets)
- Purpose: To place sample plates ready for extraction and transfer plates after completed extraction, each workstation can place up to 48 plates at one time.
Robot transfer module
- High precision cooperative robot with high precision visual identification system, used to transport 96-well plate to each workstation and function module, working radius up to 900mm.
- Efficient, safe and accurate.
