Genotyping by Targeted Sequencing (GBTS) Panels - Ready to use
GenoBaits® Maize 45K Panel
MolBreeding collaborated with Dr. Xu Yunbi’s team (CAAS-CIMMYT), has developed a series of GBTS panels, including from 1K – 45K (GenoBaits®). These panels can serve as effective and efficient tools for genotyping and population structure classification, and genome prediction analysis.
GenoBaits® Wheat 16K Panel
This Panel SNPs were selected from 20 sequenced pan-genomes and 1,520 germplasm data collected worldwide. Through validation and optimization, Molbreeding designed 14,868 mSNP capture regions (total 37,669 SNPs markers) into one liquid chip. This 16K panel can be used for germplasm evaluation and linkage map construction.
GenoBaits® Wheat Exome Panel
This Panel is based on the newest wheat reference genome: IWGSC RefSeq V2.1. Total 1.7M probes were designed to fit into this exome capture kit, which cover 132.83 Mbps wheat CDS regions.
GenoBaits® Soybean 40K Panel
This Panel is made of more than 40,234 marker regions and a total of 59,903 high-quality SNPs, suitable for most of soybean breeding programs and mapping applica-tions.
GenoBaits® Rice 40K Panel
A total of 40,000 SNP markers were selected from the resequencing data of 3,000 rice germplasm accessions, covering 90% of global rice genetic diversity. This panel is suitable for applications in genotyping, genetic diversity analysis, and molecular design breeding.
GenoBaits® Barley 40K Panel
This panel features 40,000 SNP markers selected from resequencing data (10×) of barley materials sourced from 155 ecological regions worldwide. Designed using the advanced GenoBaits® technology, the chip is ideal for genomic research, germplasm evaluation, and facilitating barley breeding programs.
